Whenever I see one of those car share vehicles, they are usually driven erratically.
Makes me despise them/the drivers even more.

Agreed! Its why we cant have nice stuff. Dealer gives me loaners all the time and we always leave them cleaner than we found. Those people who goose peoples cars at service shoqs are bottom of the barrel or oil pan in car jargon

I wonder whether something in the right front suspension broke and the damage came from that?
How this got parked at the curb is anyone's guess.
