Recommend Air Compressor for Air Tools

I am an old guy that does not get around as well as I used to . Bad knees & hips . So I am doing less DIY auto repairs as in times past .

I am also cheap . So , I purchased the HF corded electric impact . It is big , bulky , heavy , but it has worked on all / most of what I have used it on .

The corded impact requires an extension cord ( which I have ) , but no compressor or no batteries .

I have an air chisel and air impact , and an air compressor on wheels . Too much trouble moving yjr compressor to where the car would be parked .

You honestly don't need a huge compressor. A 30 gallon compressor around 6 cfm is perfectly adequate for an impact or other air tools like grinders used in moderation.

Do 12pt sockets have flank drive like the 6pt?
