^ No you can in fact completely cure PTSD with pills if you take enough of the right kind to be stoned out of your mind 24/7.

However in the article it mentioned a thiamine deficiency which in itself can cause permanent brain damage, which a pill will not correct but could at least alleviate some of the symptoms and allow the person to lead a more productive life if a balance can be met where they are not taking a larger dose than needed, while most of these drugs are addictive so escalating dosage is a normal problem.

The article did say that the malarial medication CAN cause PTSD-like symptoms...not a certainty but this isn't the first time that one person had a sensitivity to something that others did not.

Perhaps this will help someone here that may have PTSD symptoms, they can look into it for relief.

As I 100% P&T disabled veteran diagnosed with PTSD, I really wish the VA would get behind medical marijuana.

I take Bupropion 300mg/day. It doesn't take away the anxiety, but it makes me not care.

As long as pot is illegal at the Federal level there is no chance the V.A. will ever try it. It's too bad the Feds are still so backward in their thinking.
You could move to a pot legal state if possible.
