Turtle Wax has a sticker removal spray. Just used it to help soften up some very old vinyl lettering on a boat. Worked pretty well, but it smells just like Goo Gone. Might be the same stuff for all I can tell. https://www.turtlewax.com/en-us/our-products/renew-restore/turtle-wax-label-sticker-remover/

I just have it written on the invoice if I don't want the dealer logo that customer will not take delivery and contract is void if it is left on there. Never had a dealer balk at it.

We have a dealer here that puts its logos on the tailgate and on the front quarter panels below the mirrors. Tacky, tacky, tacky. I did buy a truck from them, and they took the dealer stuff off with zero hassles.

Another vote for a hairdryer or a heat gun on low setting. You want to heat up the area so that you can touch it for a second or two with your bare finger.

Heat gun at Harbor Freight is 8 bucks, fishing line if needed is in the tackle box, I use a plastic putty knife for a lot of cleaning chores and it works well for the stickers also. Use the mildest glue remover first, and elbow grease. Once clean you need a little 3M polishing compound and a dry rag, a few minutes rubbing and you won't even know the sticker was there. The older the car the more fading, but 5 years old or newer and you can't see any ghosting of the image.

Very few dealerships put any type of stickers, badges or emblems on vehicles in my area anymore. A license plate frame with the dealer's name on it is about it. I am old enough to remember dealer emblems being riveted on! Regardless, I've debadged quite a few of my vehicles. Like said, warmth, some careful prying and some adhesive remover like mineral spirits or WD40 is all you need.

What I really don't like is when they slap on a big ugly sticker and it is cockeyed, or they put on a license plate frame that covers the state information on your plate, making it illegal. Bought a car once in South Carolina where the dealer had his own rather nice looking front plates installed on new cars. Since my son was born there he has the plate in his bedroom. Most states require both plates though.

The "sticker" is a dimensional plastic one held on with God only knows what.

At 20 years of age I think I'm going to leave it alone.

Think how good the paint looks beneath it.

Lots of videos using dental floss or fishing line to saw through the adhesive. Always wanted to try it.

I have bought 3 Hyundais from the same dealer.
Each time was a great experience, fair price and it was all done quickly.
And for that I leave the really nice raised plastic dealer name and licence plate frames on the cars.

Same here. Never a problem. Back in the 50's and 60's they would drill a couple small holes to attach a metal dealer emblem.
