We cycled the Lake Wobegon Trail in central Minnesota this past week, and enjoyed these Wobegonian life lessons posted along the way:

All good advice.
My trail will include advice such as:
1) Be aware of your surroundings
2) Animals bite and will eat you
3) Trust is earned
4) Be prepared
5) Carry capable weaponry
6) Bad people exist
7) Respect is earned
8) You need water and food in that order
People who count on their fingers should maintain a discreet silence.
