I've got a 1943 Farmall H that hasn't had it's oil changed in over 15 years. It only gets used about 2 hours a year.

My Branson 3510 (1.7 liter 3 cyl Cummins) is coming up on 3 years and 100 hours. I'll change it next month or so.

Wouldn't go for 200hrs or 2 yrs. I think that the manual says every 100 hrs, don't remember if there is a time limit, but I would not go beyond 1 yr. Also was that dyno or synthetic oil?

But it's your machinery & money so you can do whatever you want.

I would have used Shell Rotella T6 in either 5W-40 or the hard to find 0W-40,
and a Wix 51515. OEM Kubota filter is 3 and 1/2 inches long, Wix is 5....

Manual has it every 200 hours or once a year. It was my father in laws and he didn't do it last year. But from now on it will get once a year regardless of hours, even though it will be about a 100 or less. I'm pretty sure the Kubota brand is SJ rated dino.

I'll have to look into that. I just grabbed the 10w30 since that's what the manual stated, the 40 would be a little more robust.

1989 Bolens/Iseki 1502 with Mitsubishi K3A diesel

out - whatever with Fram Filter

in - Shell Rotella T5 10w30 with Napa Gold 1064 filter

2000 Massey Ferguson 1250, its new to me about 540 hrs.

I didn't know the last time it was serviced so I changed the oil/filter on it right after i bought it for peace of mind.

Removed the Agco filter and whatever oil was in it.

after cross-referencing the filter that was on it and looking at many of the results I decided to go with the Toyota 90915 filter as it is now stocked at the local walmart.

I put in 4 quarts of Chevron-Delo 10w30 and 1 quart of 15w40 as that is what I had on hand and only thought it would take only 4 quarts.

since this thread is new I'll share the last OC of my New Holland TC30

Last couple of intervals were T5 10w30, capacity is 1 gallon, and I've been using Bosch distance plus filters in the ph3614 size (can't remember the bosch number)
for the first few oil changes i was using the MC 910-s but since I got the bosch filters on clearance I'll run them until they are gone, then probably go to a wix.

My 1940 Ford 9n was treated to an oil change three years ago w/ 15w-40 and a filter five years ago. It is only used twice a year to mow a five acre field and sits in the barn when not in use.. Maybe I will get around to do it this summer.

DK45 Kioti 5W-40 Rotella with 75 to 100 hour yearly oil changes . I run the 5W for winter starting . I prefer the better 15W-40 oil though.

1978 John Deere 950 (1889 hours)

Mobil Delvac 1 CK-4 5w40 out

DELO CJ-4 15w40 in

Left the Donaldson filter on, only about 30 hours was on the oil & filter from winter snow plowing.

2017 Deere 1023E with 68.7 hours (bought used, presumably oil was factory fill from several years ago, so wanted to change based on time, not hours).

Out- probably factory fill/break in oil

In- 1/2 quart Rotella T4 15w40, 2.5 quart Rotella T6 5w40, OEM filter.

The manufacturer does highly recommend break in oil for a minimum interval of 100 hours. Called the local dealer to see if they had any in stock but they were out. The rep on the phone said "put in some Rotella and call it a day".

Yanmar YM2210, !970 something
5 years on oil about 100 hrs

Out Chevron Delo 15/40, Tear L14459 oil filter
In Chevron Delo 15/40, Orange can of death 3593A

Had to replace a leaking 40 year old oil pan gasket so I changed the oil and filter again.

Out: Delo 15W40 and Donaldson filter, filter had 163 hours on it and oil had 42. Would have kept going but leaky gasket had to go.

In: Valvoline Premium Blue 10W30 Synthetic Blend and John Deere OE filter.

Found the oil on clearance sale at Menards plus rebate as Menards is discontinuing sales of the 10W30 line of Valvoline Premium Blue I noticed online.
