You are getting a lot more radiation from the nuclear furnace in the sky and it does not matter if you have a phone or not. Radio waves are still bouncing off of you and if you eat bananas for get about it.

Banana, granite countertop, sunlight, etc.

Remember very carefully if you didn't take high school physics:

1) How far away from your emission source matters, and that's your wifi router being #1, your cell tower being a distance #2
2) You receive way more data than you send, just check your internet usage downstream vs upstream on your router, they are likely 20:1
3) When not transmitting there's only a small ping to keep the connection alive, like, 20mW ever 1ms, that's only 0.1% of the time. If you spread it out over that amount you are likely going to get more emission from your LED bulb around you than this.

Most important
4) Spectrum is expensive, so it is to the carrier's advantage to reuse as much as possible, that means to make the cell as small as possible. How do you make the cell as small as possible? By reducing the power of each tower to cover a smaller area, and put up more towers. Why do you want to reduce the power? So they don't transmit too far and interfere with the cell down the street, so they can reuse that spectrum again for your neighbor, to make more money.

5) The microwave band they use to make 5G happen is not going to penetrate the walls as good as the lower frequency spectrum, so they are not as bad for you.

6) 2G cell phones have been around for 20 years now, that's about 1/4 of a normal human lifespan. 3G smart phone around 10 years too. So far we haven't seen a proportional amount of cancer increase across our population. Maybe it does cause cancer, but it is not a direct correlation like UV on skin cancer, or 2nd hand smoke and lung cancer, or diesel soot and lung cancer, or alcohol and liver problem, or soda and diabetes, etc.

I remember highschool physics...the examples cited are ionising.

And the Linear Zero Threshold for ionising is pretty effectively debunked.

Jamming radio transmitters in your pocket or bra, and bathing the community in it 24/7 is a relatively new experiment in the scheme of things
