Monroe / Gabriel / KYB replacement shocks

On the busted hardware bag, as I mentioned before, I contacted KYB yesterday, and they quickly handled the issue.

Early this morning, I received an email message from FedEx that they will be delivering a one pound package today.

It is a shipment from KYB in Greenwood (Indianapolis), Indiana. Since I'm so close, they were able to ship ground, and still get it here overnight.

Good job, KYB.

Received a refund from RockAuto. They kept $4.06 for some reason. Not sure why, but I'm not going to chase after it.
