So a little backstory, my dad has owned a 1992 Honda Accord Dx model for 2 years. Ever since he first got it the driver window has always been hard to crank up and down (manual windows). About 2 months ago the window was down and he forced it up with the hand crank causing it to shatter. We have since gotten the window replaced, but I have not been able to get a window regulator for it. The window regulator track is bent which is not allowing the window to move. I can't find a manual regulator anywhere that isn't made in Japan. I've tried rockauto, etc to no avail. It is a 1992 4 door Honda Accord dx driver side window regulator. Does anyone know if a japense regulator will work even though the car was made in America (the first digit in the bin is 1). If not where to get a manual regulator that will work with an American made Honda.
Any help is greatly appreciated

Did you check with Honda forum? A lot of Honda owners probably have your challenge also and they should know to answer this type of question at the tip of their finger.
Who knows, it may also be in their FAQ.

I don't think it makes a difference for the regulator whether your car was made in the US or Japan

I agree with the above; for future reference, enter the Accord's VIN here
https://estore.honda.com/

after clicking through Body/Air Conitioning, then Door WIndow
it's probably this part number
72250-SM4-901

e.g.,
https://estore.honda.com/honda/part...4-dx-4at&sn=&b=B++53&dl=#010

Online Honda parts supplies (hondapartsnow.com, hondapartsunlimited.com etc.) will confirm the part number with your VIN, but likely say the true OEM part is unobtanium...

So you may have to try something like a Dorman repro part (enter the part number above on eBay, for example).

I'm facing similar challenges with my '90 Accord.

If that is the correct p/n, then Bernardi shows it as available for $83.07 plus shipping. You can email them with your VIN & confirm stock. I'm surprised it's still available. Others such as Majestic Honda & Sterling McCall show it as discontinued. You can also try Vintage Parts.

NAPA lists a manual regulator p/n NOE 6653824, but for Japan built vehicle. Odd. It's not stock, but it's only ~$47 plus tax.
O'Reilly says you can special order but call your local store. Dorman part number 740-633 (car built in Japan, 4-door version) is $48 + tax. Cardone p/n 82-1524M for 4-door is $55 + tax. It doesn't specify made in Japan. You can probably have them order one & if it doesn't work, then just take it back & get refunded.
AAP lists it online but not available for shipping nor in stock.
AutoZone doesn't come close.

try a salvage yard., when I need parts I usually head to the local u pull it salvage yard, cant beat the prices..
