Amazing how Walmart just beats everybody, including DG here, on full-syn oil.
Their Supertech is $5 per quart when sold in 1-quart bottles, and it's actually better than this DG, being dexos1 Gen2, a higher level of performance.
Even cheaper if you get the 5-quart size, $3.60 per quart, full synth. Wow.
Those Bentonville AR people are bad-arse in deal making.....

DG in my locale ( central GA) just started carrying this 5w 30 synthetic oil It is priced at $5.35 per qt. The same DG store also carries the Mobil Super Synthetic 5w 30 oil for $5.95 per qt.

It's the old previous SuperTech bottle, which might indicate a Warren Distribution "Warren Performance Products" WPP blending plant. That could make sense. Dollar General just orders up some "private label" generic SN+ (but not dexos1) full syn oil from Warren who does this for a lot of other labels, like ProLine in Pep Boys for example.

One thing to keep in mind is that Dollar General has a "$5.00 off $25.00 purchase" coupon each Saturday. Don't know if I'd trust their oil though.

I'm sticking with Phillips Choice syn blend in all my vehicles @ around $1.80 per qt.

1999 Dodge Ram 325,000 miles
2001 Dodge Ram 285,000 miles
2001 Jeep I-6 240,000 miles

Never an oil related problem.

Starting to use it in my 2014 RAV4.

Correct, especially when Mag ! and Harvest King are available for substantially less.
