Hello everyone,

I stumbled across this lengthy YouTube video they explains in depth some possible replacements for ZDDP. I'm no chemist so much of this went right over my head but wanted to share. Enjoy!

An interesting hypothesis since the florine ion is very reactive and polar.

Notice that about 22:30 the author starts discussing NMR or Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, which is an analytical tool in Physical Chemistry for determining molecular structures. In this case a version of H-NMR is discussed.
