Camry dipstick tube - how to remove? and source?

I am replacing the entire engine in my poor 2001 Camry (driven for an hour with a stuck thermostat).
The old engine is out and most of the parts are transferred to the new engine. but I cant get the old dipstick tube out. I tired heat, a slide hammer, hammering it out from the inside. nope.
also, where can you find a new one?

Once the 1 mounting bolt near the valve cover is off, it only has a rubber O ring going into the block.

So Toyota doesn't have it? I just bought one for my 2000 ECHO, it was only about $18.

And has already been mentioned, once the bolt is out from the mounting location it just needs to be twisted and pulled from the block. If you buy a new one make sure you get a new o-ring.
