Nice two tone light and dark Chestnut ( dark brown top and lower body/the rest gold/tan). I've owned and maintained and 3 season driven for nearly 30 years. Not rusted or hit. Previous owner was a Minnesota snowbird, so summers in Minnesota and winters in Orlando. 157k miles 305V8 bench seat. OEM Delco AM/FM radio is funky and needs replacement. Tires old. A/C not charged. Tan/gold interior and bench seat, crank windows $5500. Twin Cities area PM

I use the overseas manual to choose my oil viscosity.

'85 Conquesta is the Aztec of the El Camino world imo. 69-71 is more my taste.

My Camino would photo fine, but as with all, a personal inspection is needed. With being all stock, Internet pics would do. There are decent Caminos around for buyers, but I wouldn't travel cross country for one-so my listing is for those mainly in my area who would come and evaluate. I keep up maintenance and with records for my vehicles. Also, the transmission was rebuilt by Midwest Transmission in Milaca some years ago and they are a remanufacturer.

What if even though you wouldn't drive cross-country for a car like yours, maybe some of the 350+ people who have currently viewed this thread would? Something to think about...

I won't drive across town to see a car for sale if the owner isn't willing to at least share a handful of photos to make sure it is worth the time. No photos = no sale for MANY online buyers.

I agree with others. Pics of the car are an absolute NECESSITY if you want to garner any interest.

I wouldn't travel 100 miles to see a car I was considering buying, without at least a couple pictures, let alone to another state.

Your refusal to post pics suggests you have something to hide. Giving you the benefit of the doubt says there's nothing to hide. But that's not the impression in the readers head. In this case, perception is reality.

Thanks for all the fine feedback folks! I'm older and often buying, and sometimes selling, 'interesting' vehicles over many years. Hemmings had few images and it was mostly verbage. The Internet of the 1994-5 was an interesting event. Both good and bad has emerged, and I rather preferred the old method. Anyway my Camino has a new home now and also a nice '89 Indy Pace-cars that I enjoyed for many years and will also for the new owners.
