BRP offers syn blend 5W-40 under several labels for motorcycles, PWCs, outboards, and snow machines. Think they are all the same formula? It used to be thought their oils were Castrol products, but some think they are now Warren Products. Know who bottles them?

I have been running the Twhatever shell Rotella 5w-40 in ours.Any reason I cant move up to a 10w40?
Snow machines use a zero 40 full synthetic and I've been running m1 in both my 1200cc sleds for almost 10 thousand miles. BRP oil is not worth the money they charge.
