Hi.
I do not know if the "stalling" is the correct term to describe the symptoms. There is wavy acceleration when pressing on gas and wavy deceleration while releasing it. More noticable at 3000 RPM (But also noticable at lower RPMs such as 1500-2000)
Car has LPG / Gasoline dual fuel engine. Problem is available with both fuels. More noticable with LPG.
The car has electronic distributed ignition system.
i have installed new OEM ignition coil, High quality spark plugs. and ignition Leads (Leads are not oem, but decent quality.)

I am planning to replace distributor rotor and distributor cap. which are cheap and easy DIY.

There is one more component inside the distributor, as far as i know its name is Ignition Module. Can it cause misfire ? Some mechanics says that, if engine is running, it means ignition module is working fine.
And can you please tell me what else to do to troubleshoot the problem ?

Regards

plugged catalytic convertor? or just a plugged exhaust if you have no convertor in the tailpipe.

I'd assume uneven power. Like it pulls, lays down, pulls, lays down.

Hi.
Thanks for replies.
Opel Astra F, 1.6. Need to verify the engine model.
I think, the correct term should be "jerking"
