Wix 49023, OEM MZ690445

Out of a 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS 2.4L at 66,856 miles. I have no idea when the air filter was last changed but the OEM filter I removed had a production date of July 2014. Replaced it with a Wix 49023 purchased from Amazon for $15.64. OEM filter was $21.15

OEM filter is much heavier, the pleats are thicker, & the plastic frame is much more rigid/sturdy. Korean made by Mann it looks like. Wix filter is made in Poland.

I figure there's only a few companies that actually make these types of plastic frame filters. Maybe Denso and a few other Asian makers I'm guessing the vast majority of these aftermarket filters come from the same factories in China or Eastern Europe with the same exact design/materials. Just order it with your own part number printed on it, put it in a box, and avoid spending the money on the tooling for all the molding equipment to make the frames.
