Benelli Nova Front Sight

Generally liking the Benelli Nova, I'd say it's somewhere between OK and pretty good, a good tool for the price.

My only complaint is minor; the front sight could definitely use an upgrade. The factory bead is terrible in low-light situations, target acquisition suffers noticeably if there isn't good visual contrast.

My question is if there is anything else that would be better?

And do I need to know anything special about changing it or just unscrew the old one and thread the new one in?

Maybe a little Loctite 222 on the threads?

XS makes a big dot that installs over the factory bead. I used JB Weld on mine.
