Heh, some are good, but eh, everyone makes mistakes. If you never make mistakes then you are probably not very innovative.

Apple's big problem is that they think they are all that and then some. So their flops come as big crashes--well, at least to the faithful, I guess.

For sure... The Newton was a flop but it taught them a lot for being successful with the iPad.

Every successful company or person has made mistakes and moved onto greater things.

Success does not come without risk especially the level of Apple.

I agree, they though everyone would like U2 even though they suck.

Most of their flops come from trying new things other than the Pippin. A lot of companies made similar mistakes trying to cash in on the gaming console market during the mid 90s.

If you are pushing the limits you are going to make a lot of mistakes. The Newton was way ahead of it's time debuting four years before the Palm Pilot.
