XG10575 Fram

I was thinking of buying a 6 pack of Fram XG 10575 filters on Ebay. How long do you feel you can safely store a oil filter on the shelf
before you would begin to worry about the age effecting the internal components. Maybe it's best to just buy 1 or 2 at a time?

Those should last forever.

I have "paper" oil filters from the late 90's I'm still using up.

If you're concerned put them in an air tight ziplock bag with silica packets and store them in a cool dry place.

Just don't store them in your hot humid garage.

They should last for a long long time. Just keep them dry.

I got that exact pack a couple times and used them over a two year period …
