Never used Rislone but If you are looking for a good off the shelf fuel system cleaner go with Gumout Regane or Techron fuel system cleaner, these seem to work good and well liked on here.
STP gas treatment has served me very well .. in all applications.
all my small engines- mover - snowblower - especially chain saws
l suspect my 3.2 TL has had some condensation issues in the fuel system due to high/low temps..
A good shot of the STP, and the issue has dissipated... although it could have been something completely different..
My beloved TL is running BAU
