Hello everyone....
I manage my life (both work and personal) using lists.
Have tried multiple apps and always returned to pen and paper.
I was recently introduced to ToDo by Microsoft.
It fits my needs perfectly.. Quickly accessible, easily manage multiple lists, move items between lists, works on phone iPad and desktop, allows sharing with others, etc.
It also allows you to create a list for today by selecting items from your other lists..
Useful and efficient and productive.
Several co workers have used it and like it.....

Microsoft bought that - it used to be called Wunderlist as I recall. MS is still re-introducing features that Wunderlist had and is improving rapidly. Google has "Tasks" and there are a few popular 3rd-party apps out there that some folks stick to as well.
