Here are the results with my run of Liqui Moly Top Tec 4200 5w-30 in my 2.0L TFSI Audi. (A VW 504.00 oil) Use was 70%hwy/30%city.
I replaced with the same oil and same filter (Mann). I'm impressed with the results for iron especially as they are well below universal averages. Also happy with the remaining TBN.

I'm tossing around the idea of keeping it in for the 10,000 mile interval as Audi calls for. You guys think this oil will hold up for 10,000 miles? Remember its a DI/turbo. I always use top tier fuel, FWIW.

I'm no expert, but this 5W-30 is doing well IMHO -- low wear metals as your unit finishes or finished its break-in.
I would extend to 7000 to 7500 miles and change it. Good luck.

Ok I am not an expert but is this UOA not saying he can do exactly that? 5k changes seems a total waste.

UOAs don't tell you the whole story of what's going on inside an engine.

+1. I'd go 7.5k~8k on the next.

I ran this oil in our '09 TDI for 7500mi. 10k was a tad too much based on UOA. Different engine, but I'd take the same approach.

lol

So what is the point then? Get a great report like this and continue at 5k you might as well not have done the report in the first place.
