That's a 0.75 stroke/bore ratio. A 1974 Subaru had 60mm stroke and 85mm bore, yielding a more "way oversquare" 0.706 ratio. (My '72 had a 82mm bore and the same stroke.) Some Fiats of that era had extreme oversquare proportions, too.
Somehow I doubt Subaru ever specified bore and stroke in inches, so I'm not sure about your numbers. The 0.75 ratio at least applies for the 302.
