First UOA after putting 12445 total miles on the truck. 2734 Miles and 1 year on oil

Once the warranty expires you can change every 5K and you will still be safe.
 
Engine is fine shape. With that low of miles, it's possible there's a tad of break in left. Nothing alarming here at all.

Unless you count the cost of wasting syn fluids for a 2.7k mile OCI .... You'll get just as good wear control from any decent conventional SN lube if less than 10k mile OCIs are your expected duration.

Agreed - you can easily go 2 years or more with that tiny bit of usage.
