Anyone using Woolwax, a thicker Fluid Film?

Before or after use?

Got plenty of different types of lanolin products around the place.

I like the smell.

Especially in my Ed's Red.

I googled woolwax this morning to buy more and I saw this thread. Woolwax has gotten very popular in Canada. It lasts a lot longer than Fluid Film and it really does not have that raunchy smell. It's really thick but sprays on perfectly. Less expensive too.

Just as a follow up. We have been using Woolwax for a few months now on farm equipment and have been very satisfied with the results. It's way more resistant to be washed off. We always had an issue with Fluid Film being washed away in a good rain. The Fluid Film smell never really bothered me, but some people around here hated it. We just spray the Woolwax now.

Wonder how easily the cans spray.

I wear wool socks made by Darn Tough and they don't have any smell to them. Before OR after wearing them, just to satisfy the question asked by @gathermewool.

I just ordered a case of 6 cans of aerosol Woolwax. I will begin testing it soon.

My only concern about Woolwax is that if it really is considerably thicker than fluid film, It may not spray through my airless paint sprayer; which is by far the best way to apply fluid film or anything similar to a vehicle.

Woolwax sprays through an airless sprayer perfectly. Almost no over spray. And no smell. You will like it a lot !

Where is good to buy the stuff in Canada?

Since all it says is coming soon... The sites refuse to accept anything but US addresses.

I stopped by their Facebook and left them a message. It was read, and no reply...

That's disappointing.

I was looking into getting together with some people and buying a the Pro sprayer, couple quarts, and add on bits. Not exactly customer friendly. -_-

I'm surprised because the kellsport guy is on lots of forums and seems to be pretty active in selling his stuff.
