Taking a look at the bottle it can be called either one, since the bottle says both. But I expect everyone knows what the op is talking about.
 
No, TestOil does not measure out to two decimal places. While cool, I think it's totally unnecessary considering there is inherent variation in the measurement anyways.

If you look at the last couple VOAs I posted, those were done by TestOil. They appear to be a very thorough lab, but you pay for it. An oil analysis with particle count runs $48 for a single sample. If you did 30 or more samples per month, they drop the cost significantly per sample. It's great if you're using it as a PM system for work! Angela is who I've dealt with at TestOil and her customer service is amazing.
 
Absolutely not. To thin for the ecoboost. Im running 0w40

These results are from my lab at work. Thats just how it outputs the data. We use testoil for verification of accuracy periodically.
