OCI - Unknown mileage , unknown time. She had it changed at a local quicklube place last time. They didn't reset the oil change light either.
Out - 6 qts of "Synthetic" oil , per her recollection and Pennzoil PZ-173 oil filter.
In - 6 qts of Mobil 1 5W-30 Dexos 1 Gen 2 and Napa Gold 100255 oil filter.

I had four new Uniroyal Tiger Paw Touring TR tires mounted and balanced with a four wheel alignment and decided to have the technician do an oil change on it while it was in the air. This way I can do an oil change and tire rotation every 5,000 miles and get both services done at the same time.

Personally, I wouldn't run either beyond 8K. Just don;t trust the longetivity of both their oils and filter.
By mistake I recently ran my wife's Malibu 8K with the new style Supertech Ecore. I counted my blessings that the sub-$3 oil filter held up.
Yes, I realize they are guaranteed on the box to last 10K. But I never take anything written like to, to the max...... never!!!!
