Free-Wheel Drive Pulleys For Toyota

I want to do it cheap. For Toyota Denso pulleys, how splines are on the socket. Is it 33? What size torqx do I need to hold the pulley.

I plan to use a 1/2" impact wrench with the torqx (counter-clockwise) and hold the spline socket with a wrench. Hopefully it comes off.

I am trying to remove the alternator clutch pulley. It has spline and torqx.

Should called a decoupler pulley.

Yeah, we got a second hand alternator on the Captiva the other day as the accessory belt was dancing the hoochie cooch at idle.

Half the front of the car came off...mechanic did that.

Now I've got the alternator that came off, it was the sprag clutch, that I'm sure could have been done on ramps

Correction: H17 or H19 for the Toyota Venza alternator. Not a spline or torx!
