I'm using Blackstone's vacuum pump to take an oil sample, however, the 1/4 polyethylene tubing I got from Home Depot doesn't reach all the way down my dipstick (about the last 3"). Does anyone else have a source of smaller diameter tubing that would work?

3/16" tubing is what the sampler I got from TestOil uses. Can you find that anywhere?

How do you clean the tubing - or do you change the tubing when changing the oil brand for the next UOA?

New tube each sample. also best if you have a spare large bottle that fits, for a purge to ensure no trash in your sample.
