New Ford Hybrid

While for service we all prefer more modular components, I guess it makes sense from a packaging perspective. Especially with newer safety regulations requiring more crush space over the engine, something's gotta give below in a low sedan or coupe configuration.

If they do create it, knowing Ford, servicing it will involve some utterly obnoxious proposition.

Similar to what Ive been advocating for as how the masses get their AWD to "feel safe", yet you can get a simpler and still efficient Powertrain.

Front wheel drive suburban AWD on demand?

Well … can that Mustang turn off both AWD and electric motors to "clean" the back tires once in a while …

Bolting 2 electric motors to the engine block is not revolutionary and may result in some design limitations that would otherwise not be present.
