Yet can be salvaged by someone good at making Eggs Benedict
I rarely order anything with ham in it, but Canadian bacon is A-OK by me.
My wife would never cook anything with either one in it and my cooking is limited to eggs and grilling steak and chicken every so often, so I don't run into either one at home.

You haven't had true Canadian Bacon then. What McDonalds calls Canadian Bacon is non-sense.
