The argument for 13 month calendars

A less radical improvement would be to alternate more consistently between 30 and 31 day months, except February, which would have 29 days in non-leap years and 30 in leap years.

actually MOST calenders have 14 months, the ones I;ve seen, only 13 months are "large print", and when you get to december, there is usually a small printed January of next year at the bottom. I get calenders from Banks.

Makes sense in many ways except for the intermission day. It still exists, things still happen, needs to be documented somehow (Intermission day 2021, but in a leap year you would have intermission day 1 and intermission day 2, and would also be a 4 day weekend).
