Trying to dial in this Coleman propane stove for camping and emergency use. Left burner works perfectly but the right burner seems to run very rich. No visible clogs and the burners look ok. Only thing o can notice is that the propane tubes fit over the Venturi differently. Does this look right? Or did the right burner tube somehow get displaced?

Venturi (nipples) so long as it's not clogged, it will work (for propane stoves).

I'd take apart the right burner and blow it clear. spiders, etc. simply luv creeping into the air tubes and clog things up.

Q.

Top pic looks wrong, like it's jammed on too far;
venturi fuel stream needs to blow across all of opening (hole) to gather air (oxygen) for proper mix/burn.

Top pic is the left, perfectly functioning burner. Was able to reposition the right burner to match without improvement. Burners themselves have been disassembled and did not have a need for cleaning as they are clear.

A couple of things you might try, re-clean the venturi with a flexible brush all the way to the burner head. Compare the orifice size and if possible remove it to see if a spider mite has taken up residence.
