Were you in Hickory, NC?

2 years ago yes I was at that museum. The P-3 ORION came in a month ago. Don't know what last plane with wings folded up is. Astro14 probably knows or FlyNavyP3 may know

We're still flying them, active duty through fall of this year and reserve through 2021.

So, Luke are you flying the P-8 Poseidon down there in Florida?

My stepdad flew active P-3 then reserved in Willow Grove or VP64 if I recall correctly

COD?

F-14 was in my opinion the best ever fighter plane bar none

No P-3/8 Are Anti-submarine warfare, anti-surface warfare, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft and are WAY WAY too big to land on a carrier.

No idea, just transferred to my new job on Monday, will be in this job till March 2021 who knows after that, will depend on if I select for Operational Department Head or not next year, up for O-4 in May of this year.

" LL " is from VP-30

I can't read the number.... 525? 575? No matter... I worked on both.

I know every inch of the P-3 and all her systems - in most any flavor imaginable.

Certain model P-3's are still highly classified.

I built them, modified them and an maintained them for 15 years

156xxx's and 157xxx's are "old' birds in "non-EP-3E" flavor.

I know all of the 160xxx's and 161xxx's intimately as far as P3-C's go

All of the 156xxx and 157xxx I worked on were typically converted.
