1994 Honda Civic LX (1.5L)

Looking for NGK spark plug wires but I'm getting two different part numbers
Some sites have the part number as NGK RC-HE71 and others have NGK HE71

Does the "RC" in the part number denote a Resistor wire set?

Not sure which ones are the correct wires

Please advise

The Honda wires are really good, but pricey.
I put a set of NGK wires from Amazon on a 1998 Accord (80K miles).
They were excellent.

Good luck.

I think I'm going to order the wires from majestic honda.
As for the spark plugs, not sure if going with Denso or NGK. NGK also has several to chose from. Not sure which one to pick.

I use the NGK V Power. The 5 vs 6 is a slght difference in heat range you shouldn't worry about.

I believe the under hood sticker lists the OE spark plug. If I am not mistaken, the V Power was OE for Hondas of this vintage.
A great plug.
The more exotic metals will work but are not better, per se. They cost more and may last longer.

I would do the OE plug. A comparable Denso copper plug is just as good.
