No one will be interested. Most likely you are trying to manufacture knock off filters and cannot find a 2018 Volvo XC40 to try one in.
This makes no sense. Buy a filter known to fit that vehicle and compare the dimensions to your filter.

Wouldn't make sense to have actual access to the car in question, if you want to test things?
