BITOG Mobile Login

I had to purchase a new phone over the weekend and decided on the iPhone XR. First time owning an iPhone after 10 years of Android ownership, it's definitely an adjustment. Anyway, I'm trying to log into BITOG on the phone and keep getting told that my password/username isn't recognized. Obviously I know this information as I'm typing this out from my laptop and I've been using BITOG on my previous Android for the X amount of years I've been on BITOG. I've tried to do the password reset but upon entering my Login Name, I'm getting told that my Login Name can't be found.

Anyone else experience something similar?

Both username and password are case sensitive

Update: I had a special character in my username that apparently the iPhone wasn't sending correctly. Changed the username and all is well now. So if anyone ever has an issue like this, reach out to wwillson and he'll get you taken care of!
