What oils meet this spec? I haven't really seen any bottles labeled with it. Does Amsoil meet this?

It's probably just SN or at the most equivalent to dexos1. Any synthetic 5w30 will meet ie
Superseded by new FORD Spec WSS-M2C 945 B1
WSS 945 is a 5W20, its what is called for in the MZR2.5s and others. For some reason 945 does not include any 0W20s.

These ford specs are typically ACEA A5/B5 with some additional ZDDP stuck in to meet a chain wear test, that'll push the petrol rating down to API SL. Any 5w30 A5/B5 should do the trick, else several do "meet or exceed" this ford spec.
