The coolant level has been steady for months now, sure it varies up and down a bit, but nothing outrageous

Yes, it is the un-rebuilt original automatic transmission that's been fed a diet of Amsoil ATF since 120,000 miles.

I was just wondering.... do you think that the 5 bottles of Techron I used, counteracted the Barrs anti-leak tablets?

You add the Techron to the gas tank and the Bars leak to the coolant, right?
I haven't heard of Techron causing high K in UOAs.

I was thinking that wherever the leak plugged by the Barrs anti-leak tablet, became undone due to the action of the Techron

which was absolutely not used per directions. I wanted to see if the copper level went up and I exaggerated the Techron use.

It had no effect on the copper.

I contacted Blackstone Labs and asked them if it was possible all the Techron that was used in the last OCI could have

cleaned out the Barr's anti-leak tablets work. Yes that is a possibility a Blackstone representative said.

My 1st one went at 190k (B18B1, Integra automatic), then it lasted about 80K miles and blew because of a stuck closed radiator cap that only let out coolant into the overflow tank but not back in, it ran the radiator low and therefore warp the head. Not the head gasket's fault though.
