Looks like a nice report despite the fuel dilution. Is Iron high or is that a normal level read for this engine? Would be interesting to see what the ending TBN for this mid-saps oil would be with the fuel dilution, although I surmise your fuel is low sulpher?

I wish I could get a report so detailed for 21 bucks! Thanks for posting.

Don't believe in Russian tests. I am myself from Russia. There are some evidences that popular forum managers collect money from naive people to make sponsored fake oil lab tests!

That oil is also a 504/507 oil.

Getting rid of the EGR will reduce the intake valve deposits, it has to be tuned so you're not stuck with a CEL/Readiness fault with the removal of the EGR.
