I buy one of these, or something real similar, from LL Bean every couple of years. Link. After a couple of years they don't seem too waterproof anymore, but that's ok, during snow shoveling season after an hour or two of pumping out sweat it's going to be wet anyhow, and then I need multiple jackets. Plus the older one can be worn for working on the car and the newer one for going to work.
