So my forge atmospheric bypass valve is having problems. Its on a 2012 cruze 1.4. It used my boost leak tester. After about 2-3 lbs of pressure it starts to come out of my bpv. Im tunned for 22 psi. I pressurized my motor to 25 psi and it leaked the whole time. Just a constant psssh out of the vent. Is the spring in it too weak? Im using the soft spring it came with. Also when im driving i can hear the bpv stay open then i slowly press the pedal more and i go into limp for underboost. The bpv is routed directly to the intake manifold. Do i have a bad bpv? Is the spring to weak? It has less than 400 miles on. It is lubed correctly and tq'd correctly.

Tried the yellow spring makes me overboost. Ended up being a boost leak from the bpv line to the manifold. Thanks trav for the suggestion.
