0w20 visc > 5w20, but what about shear?

I'm comparing some HM synthetics. Castrol Edge Titanium High Mileage (geez that's a mouthful) has a higher 100c visc than some 5w20 HM oils, which appeals to me. But being a 0W that will spend a lot of time at full temp, will it lose viscosity quicker than the 5W? In other words, will the 100C viscosity drop more in a given period than the 5W will drop?

If there's a spec on the PDS that will tell me this, let me know. Thanks.

It could drop more than a 5W all things being equal. But we know all things are not. The 0W20 could use higher quality base and or VII's. It's nothing I'm personally concerned about.

Some of the 5w oils it is thicker than at 100C are PP HM, M1 HM and Motorcraft blend.
