If good synthetic oil is used you don't really need it. I think lubegard biotech in conjunction with their white bottle flush would work. I use archoil 9K series and it does a nice job in my mom's car as Lexus uses synblend and I have seen improvements in fill hole. If everyone ran a full synthetic oil, changed it on time or within reason, used a respectable quality oil filter and drove it enough to get it up to operating temperature on a regular basis then all cars should look like Leaky Seals picture posted above.
