F250 in my sig, I usually get the tires rotated and balanced at a local gas station, been knowing the family for years, good people. They usually jack the front end up by the proper spots in the front, however, a new guy did it today and he placed a jack under each radius arm right where it bolts to the frame, under the driver and passenger front doors. Can this cause any damage?

If it truly is "right where it bolts to the frame" I doubt any damage / bending was done.

Disclaimer: I can't confidently picture the radius arms in my skull but I think I know the configuration.

Added Comment not intended as a highjack: I just read a paragraph discounting the wisdom of tire rotation. I rotate and will continue to do so.
It was in my owners manual and mentioned rubber setting in a particular way whereby noises and vibrations result from changing the position.
