Pretty interesting line up of products. Not all of it is available on Amazon though...

It was, perhaps, an attempt at humor for the geographically challenged, who may not realize Korea refers to South Korea, not North Korea.

Maybe you have already and never knew it. I've heard some base oils are imported from there.

If you used a Phillips product it is very likely you already have.
 
Odds are they are a division of Hyundai or another chaebol, which basically means you're getting a good product that might even be FF for Hyundai/Kia/Daewoo/etc.

That being said, let PQIA analyze it first, and my stash of PUP will suffice in the meantime.

Sounds like the sort of thing a Jo-pok / Yakusa would do to look tough.

If I'm not mistaken, S-Oil is a major supplier of GIII basestock - and either Afton or Lubrizol specifies it for a approved "universal" ATF formulation.
