I believe some of the night time workers ordered these filters. I have no idea what this filter fits also. You cant see anything but what looks like a black plastic sleeve when looking into filter. Anyone in the know; feel free to let all of us know what this filter does and is for. Thank You and have a great day BITOGERS

Wix provides a full description of applications if you click on the filter number link on Wix site, and then click on "all applications", to see all applicable possibilities. Includes some Komatsu and Hitachi excavators, etc.

Probably for the International DT436 and DT466 series engines.
Since those engine oil filters mount "threaded end down" - that would explain the standpipe.
pretty much all 966, 986, 1066, 1086, 1466, 1486 tractors would probably use them.
