OK - that got your attention, but it's not that.

Need a Greenlee double "D" knockout punch. Or equivalent.

3/4" x 2/3" - .75 x .67

It used to be a common size for electronics chassis - used to be............... that is 40+ years ago.

Some upward tolerance is OK.

Doesn't seem to be made now.

Ideas? Thanks guys.

Not that size.

Unless you can find a Chinese knockoff or a used one on eBay you don't have much options other than greenlee. There are a few meant for locks out there. Is it a lock application or electrical? If it is electrical you can find a good selection of 22mm or 30mm round devices.

In the past, I needed to make some D shaped holes for bulkhead connectors and I didn't have a D punch so I used a punch that was close and small and then filed one side flat and went at the rest with a round file to make up the diameter. Worked great but took some time. No where near as fast as a punch.
