Only if they are Harbor Freight specials from China. Snap-On and Mac will generally stand up to this high torque for the most part. At least they do in our tool box.

I have watched a few of this guy's videos on youtube and was less than impressed. Is it only me? Seems he has a large,loyal,loving audience.

No, it's anyone who listens to him carefully. He's an act and not a terribly good mechanic.
 
It's not always practical for every application but heating a stuck bolt or nut and then rubbing it with parrafin wax, the stuff used to seal canning jars, works pretty good. The heat seems to draw the molten wax down inside the stuck threads.
