Only if they are Harbor Freight specials from China. Snap-On and Mac will generally stand up to this high torque for the most part. At least they do in our tool box.

Top link says vegetable oil and acetone.

Probably work but I'd say be sure to clean it off if you re-assemble. Long term vegetable oil on threads turns into quite a strong glue.

It's not always practical for every application but heating a stuck bolt or nut and then rubbing it with parrafin wax, the stuff used to seal canning jars, works pretty good. The heat seems to draw the molten wax down inside the stuck threads.
