"A" grade used rim -- expectations?

Return it. May be a bit $$$, but check these guys out. They "carried" used rims for her Volvo, but were coincidentally sold out both times I tried buying them. ~2 years apart or so too. Maybe you'll have better luck on a more popular/ domestic car.

Totally misrepresented, there is no mistaking that wheel for A grade.

Yeah, like OP said, there's almost no such thing as a grade A wheel on the road. I'd say that BITOGers might have grade A wheels, relatively careful drivers might have grade B, and most people have grade C or NIQ
